and bantams in several breeds and varieties.

We accept PayPal payments on our Web site.

We also accept cash, personal checks, cashier's checks*, and money orders.

All orders are filled on first come, first served basis.

Your order will not be booked until payment is received.

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our day-old chicks will arrive alive and healthy. They will be true to their breed and variety. We assure that you will get what you paid for. We also provide information on the care of day-old poultry on this Web site. It is your responsibility to properly care for your chicks in a timely manner.

If, for reasons beyond our control or your control, your birds do not arrive in acceptable condition, you must make a claim at the post office using form PS-1000 before you leave the Post Office!

Shipping can be stressful for day-old poultry. Count your chicks when they arrive. We will include extra chicks in each order to account for any that may perish during shipping. If you have not received the number of live chicks you ordered, we offer the following options:

Refund for the chicks lost.
A credit to your account.
Replacement of your loss. All new orders must meet the minimum number of birds required for shipping.

AT NO TIME WILL OUR GUARANTEE EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.
